During this phase you will completely fill out the application. You may fill out the application using Black ink only or by typing your information into the application.  Incomplete applications will not be considered. An applicant that successfully completes steps I, II, and III of the hiring process will be placed on an eligibility list for a period not to exceed on year.  Please see the application packet for more information.
